Well done men! Great job putting in the work and congrats on the results. Damascus took a minute off his PR. Very impressive.
It was a little dicey when we showed up at the track. The HS track team was there practicing for States. Thankfully we were allowed on the track for a few minutes to do what we came there to do. It was cool running under the lights. And by that I mean watching the other guys run under the lights.
