We found a nasty hill in Lawson to run hill repeats on. Start at little white bridge on walking path and run up hill onto Oxford Mill Rd. 1 min @ 10k pace, 1 min @ 5k pace, 1 min @ goal mi pace w/ recovery jog down hill. Repeat 3 times.
Kid, Smithers, Haz and Rubbermaid were off running trails while the rest of us ran hills. It cannot be disputed that the hill repeat group got more elevation gain.
