Great job boys! We made it through 8 weeks of Tuesday workouts in preparation for the mile time trial. 1 more Thursday workout and then on to the long-awaited time trial on Saturday (Pre-blast to follow). Thursday is an easy taper workout to keep the legs primed and ready to go, while not taxing you too much: 1k @ 10k pace, 2 x 200m @ mi pace, with EZ warm-up and cool-down.
