What had happened was: 11 strong rolled out under the full moon to grind their bodies into jelly. We cycled through 12 painful stations, tossing dumbbells and coupons around like cotton candy at a county fair. There were no cadence calls and no workout tunes, but the predawn quiet was quickly filled with the sweet sound of trash talk and everyone was willing to pitch in on that. This made the gloom and the grind fly by faster than expected. We powered through three full rounds of the stations and capped it off with a quick cool down. Spirits were high as we dragged ourselves back to the cars and barely managed to lift our arms to the steering wheels. Another rockin’ workout under our belts.
