1st mile was 1k pace on straights and jog the corners.
2nd mile was 1k to 5k pace for 200m then jog 100.
2 x 300 and jog 100.
8 x 50 with 10 sec recovery before starting again
300m with 100 recovery
ended with 2 x 100.
