What had happened was: 26 riders with energy that never seems to subside trekked (or speshied) to the base of Mount Titanium. After a day at work many of us could definitely feel every pedal up to the 560 feet summit of Mt. Titanium. We required our very own Titanium Plates to take a photo op with the new F3 handcrafted marker that proudly sits at the summit of Mt. Titanium. We may not get above the tree line or to a snow capped creation, but there is enough elevation there to have an absolutely ridiculous amount of fun. As always we cannot give enough appreciation and thanks to the devoted and reliable trail fairies that make this possible. Coming down Mt. Titanium special thanks to Magnolia for pointing out the Gap Jump that can be bypassed if you know it is coming. Cableguy was the first rider to ever clear the Gap Jump on a previous ride without knowing it was there until he realized there was no ground under him. Many thanks to Peaches for leading “Group B” and to Tron for leading Group C. After getting plenty of play time on Lenny (Aka Mt. Titanium) we threw some coal on the fire to get over to Cutty, and with Kick Stand right on my wheel I was barely making the corners. After several absolutely delicious miles we made it back to COT. Damascus let us know about a great opportunity to serve out in the mountains this Saturday. And there are several other F3 efforts posted on the _news and _playhouse channels. Bratwurst announced a bike workday Friday 10.11 8 to noon at Christ’s closet. Over 100 hundred bikes to work on for some upcoming giveaways!! Another great week at Off The Chain to report out on for our F3 archives!
