[dromedary] Never pays to be late

What had happened was:

I believe the last time I was at Dromadary was the convergence. This the OG site of Waxhaw.

Rolled up this morning to see Goodfella and Bratwurst car in the lot. Come to find out one was there for yoga. What a let down.

Time to go. We did a nice little warm up run around the HS. Das Boot rolls up on us and we had to do a 10 burpee tardy penalty. We do some warm up exercises then keep running. Well we now have Posse rolling up so we did another 10 burpee tardy penalty. Thanks for the extra burpees guys.

Moving on…we go to the back of the MS for what I remember a staple from back in the day. 20 reps step ups, BB, derkins, and dips then a lap around the track. Repeat 3 times.

Mosey over to the far side of the HS to introduce them to a small part of the toughest mile. Hatchet didn’t know what to. He was daydreaming about :hamburger: while Deadwoodwas telling him about this place in Monroe called Dukes.
The broad jump burpees were 2 to 1 for Goodfella. That appears to be one of the few exercises he doesn’t have an advantage.

Headed back to COT to finish with the merkin webb.
