[the_lycan] Why's it cold again

What had happened was:

Temps dropped a bit since yesterday so we started with some quick SSHs, Mtn Climbers, Plank Jacks, Big Bois, and maybe something else to get us warmed up. Carb Load and Fugitive ran back to their respective vehicles and I thought we’d seen the last of them but something something about dude wipes? I dunno…

Next up I borrowed from my Titan Commitment The Combine? weinke and we headed over to the curb. 10 Squats, Bear Crawl to the first parking spaces, 10 Merkins, run back to the curb and repeato. We did that all the way across the parking lot and everyone had lots of nice things to say.

We then moseyed our way to the little patio area for some Chastain is a Jackass. Everyone loved it me.

The final piece was the Triple Nickel with Tysons on one end and Bomb Jacks on the other. I mentioned that I was going to do Burpees in the middle and Punxsy was so disappointed I didn’t add them that I just had to make it up to him later by calling several sets of 5 OYO burpees

Cholula was having so much fun he asked for more donkey kicks! Of course I obliged.
