What had happened was:
Decided to bring back and oldie but goodie. We used to have a monthly Amrap which wasn’t was taken seriously. It was a good way to gauge some type of progress for newer pax and the general pax population as well. First iterations had the gazelles out in front and everybody would try to chase not get lapped then we tried to slow down the gazelle’s with weights and higher rep counts… that didn’t work there was a lot of complaining.
All of this to reiterate a core F3 credo:
“Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him”

Once in a while chase a gazelle like today’s pace setters- Bottlecap Gasparilla Inspector Gadget, move up a few slots…
So today was designed as a 1 lap Amrap at a time. Encourage a higher effort and keep everyone together to start each lap.
Each lap had various stations pull ups, step ups, bear crawl, Tyson’s, Hurleys and squats.

Pax gave a great effort!!
Tron appreciated the encouragement to keep going
