What had happened was: using the 6 islands in the parking lot as work stations we did 3 rounds (with coupons) of 25 burpees, 25 thrusters, 25 presses, 25 goblet squats, 25 chest presses, and 25 bent over rows with rifle carries between each station on the first round. We did farmer carries for rounds 2 and 3. We then migrated over to the front of the church where there are landscaping walls where we completed as much as possible of 3 rounds of 30 step ups and 30 derkins before time ran out. YHC took us out. Everyone pushed through and got better.
