We had a CoE where everyone picked 2 excercises and we did 2 sets of each. Got through almost everyone!

Highly recommend everyone try a new workout in the next couple of weeks. Let’s not let anymore AO’s be forgotten.

Mayhem gave Blanks the the first ever Hulk Award:tm: for giving MAX effort! Hulk gets signed and at the next workout, the recipient has the duty of giving out the Hulk Award :tm: to someone. Awesome way to tell someone they are doing great!!
