The Goal was to get 3 miles + Core + Strength + Speed. :white_check_mark: Done!

:white_check_mark: Did some Core hill repeats up and down the hill next to the old church.

:white_check_mark: Found some nice heavy lifting rocks at the old playground for some partner work.

:white_check_mark: Worked our way to the new park for more partner work.

:white_check_mark: Took the long route back to COT to finish off the 3 miles!
