Head down long road and stopping for some light pole work. Speed skaters and burpees
Head toward stop sign with more light pole work
Lunges and burpee’s
Head to large lot ( Not Braircrest- but the large school lot) for rock and partner work
P1 100 curls , 75 rows , and 50 tris
P2- run suicides first two lines

Some ab work with LBCs and Pistols
Head back towards COT down long road
