We did no moseying which was weird at first but then got the hang of it. My body just wanted to run but the pax said NO running at this site! Ok, Cool. I’ll figure it out.
Warm up and stretching consisted of SSH, IW, and Murkins on my down. Chatter already was happening as I was pushing the pax outside their comfort zones with the SSH.
Everyone had their coupons ready so we rifle carried to the
a parking lot where we did star pattern. 10 burpees, 20 big boys, 30 flutters, 40 plankjacks. With 3 murkins in the center, and lunge walk between the 4 corners there and back. Round 2 was the same but change to bear crawl between corners.
Line up at the end of the parking lot in a horizontal line to complete the “twinkle toes” in cadence exercise.
Now for the coupons to lift, 10 curls, 10 chest press, 10 tricep extension, then move up three parking spaces and repeat until we got back to cot.
Midway back we took a break from the arms and did the Ab web 1-6, then once we got back to cot we finished a web 7-10. Lambeau, Penalty Box Peaches Endo Rockwell and Hi-Hat all called exercises at the end to finish the 45 minutes.
We did everything together today. When we hurt, we recalled the fact that we all have many blessing such as family, a roof, and a bed to go home to while many find themselves without this morning. We used that to fuel us through the hurt and complete hard stuff together. It was great! I would go back. Not sure though, if they will have me. As I said it was out of everyone’s expected workout they came for this morning. But that’s what makes it great !
