What had happened was:

After donating blood on Saturday and then baking in the sun yesterday I had the unfortunate realization that I was the Q this morning. So with very little planning I decided on a low mileage workout and tossed some kettlebells and a sandbag into my truck to go along with my ruck.

For round one, the kettlebells acted as the timer as one pax would farmer carry from Hickory Tavern to Brooklyn Pizza and back. The rest of the pax alternated between two exercises. Repeato with a different pax and different exercises. Once all pax completed the farmers carry we moved on to my favorite exercise: “Chastain is a Jackass”

Round two of the workout switched out the kettlebell for a 30# ruck and a 60# sandbag. Same timer but this time the timer pax chose the two exercises for the others.

Around this time we learned that Tron’s car is powered by pussy. I will not explain
