AB web…decent participation, everyone can lay down!
Serpentine Burpees. Each light pole (left side or right) do two burpees. If two poles were across from each other do 4 burpees.
Back to COT, 3.5-4 mins remaining. Merkin Wave until time.

The Moleskine:
Know your audience, I had a really hard Q ready to roll (hardest mile) but I knew some of the pax that showed would have to modify that. So I kept it simple…that didn’t change a thing.
I personally could care less if you modify. If your hurt, had injuries in the past that still linger or your tired and want to go through the motions! Great, but do something! MASH, Penalty Box will kick the shit out of you (Tuesday The Rock!! Do not participate in a Bootcamp, well maybe a couple. You blow ( pun intended) the weinke for whoever is Qing and I feel it brings down some pax, or maybe not.
If you do post at a BC with an injury or a laundry list of excuses and guys bark at you DEAL WITH IT! I talk at boot camps…minimal but you actully push yourself, you shouldn’t be able to carry on about recipes and gardening tips. Some guys go just to chat and catch up..cool but get ready for heckling. We (I) dont get early to have book club! We are F3 Waxhaw 5:15 and 5:30 isn’t for socializing, Coffeteria is where that happens or call them later in the day.
If you post at one of my Qs, modify and talk the entire time with guys circling back….you can guarantee1000% of the time I’m gonna bark at you. Doesn’t mean I don’t like you but your gonna hear it, probably more than once. Period. You don’t like it, check the schedule and go to a different site. We have a lot to choose from. FIA is also taking applications.
There plenty of guys who aren’t in the same shape as me that absolutely KILL themselves at workouts. Guys that talk, always modify, have lists of excuses to support their weak habits are not HIMS. Surround yourself with HIMS and be better or keep wearing that sad clown mask and keep your bar low.
I encourage! Anyone that knows me or workouts with me knows I push guys…if they are willing to work. Once I push and it doesn’t work I try a different approach. If none of them take I give up and consider you a sad clown, which you are..like it or not. Love me or hate me…it’s your problem not mine.
