on 6.6 we did an upperbody weight focused workout. Started with a bit of moseying, shoulder circle circuits, and then rounds of dumbbell lifts and partner runs.
DB lifts including: Curl and Press, Tysons, Merkins, Bentover Rows, Upright Rows, One arm cleans, etc… we focused on 3 sets total with partner running and doing merkins, tysons, etc… alternating. Finished with ab sessions.
Strong lifting all around as the MASH group did their dumbbell routine.
A good way to give a small tribute to the men/women that served on D-day. #USA
