It was good having Slots join us from down range (Katy, TX).

We ran, we lifted, ran, and lifted some more.

There was a wide variety of KB sizes today. 8lbs to 40lbs. Size matters!

It’s always good having the non regulars attend like Hooch, Das, Soggy, and Two Timer. Certainly a way to get out of the comfort zone.
