What had happened was: Great crowd at Diesel. After my warm welcome, we did some stretching. Shook things up a little bit with a circuit of exercises using coupons, kettlebells and equipment. The Q really took time to set up a sophisticated system exercises that would hopefully challenge the pax. Of course, there was music. Some really enjoyed the playlist while one in particular was happy when it was over eh. I think it all worked out to be a great time. We even had some Kotters show up which is always good. Warmer weather is a great time to reach to a pax you’ve not seen in a while. Don’t let them turn into a Sad Clown. Great work today gentlemen!
