What had happened was: Damascus asked me to Q a few weeks ago but to his credit or stupidity left it to me to decide on what to do.

You know it’s getting warm when Foundation and Magnolia make an appearance much to the shock of everyone.

Started us out of the parking lot and right into a car pulling into the parking lot. Hardly anyone died but opted for an alternate route as some Pax were cranky about being run over.

Slight warm up and stretch but opted for no downward dog or calf stretch which earned a zero star rating from at least one of the site Q’s.

Moseyed to the main front stretch and called Paul Abdul’s with 5 Merkins and Squats at alternating poles. Somewhere about the halfway mark we heard the Site Q’s still complaining about no downward dog or calf stretches with grumbling about making it a required feature of the AO.

Dodged a few more cars and then moseyed to the stadium rock pile for 100 reps of curls, triceps and rows mixed in with suicides. 10 reps of each then run, with each run moving to a farther line.

Even more cars, what the hell. I think they’re trying to tell us something. Moseyed to the shed for some brief wall work and then headed to COT.

Q was presented with the Flash Rubber Ducky at COT by Mad Dog who pulled it out of “somewhere”. That could explain why there was a squeaking sound everytime he did a squat.
