What had happened was:

First off we didn’t lose anyone and back to COT on time.

Mosey to the HS Teachers lot for a few warm up exercises.
Rotating plank, SSH, Squats, Moroccan Nightclubs.

Headed to the track for the bleacher mile that took most of the time. We did 10 Dry docks at the top, 10 dips at the bottom, 10 merkins at the pole vault pit, 10 big boi’s at long jump pit. A hand full of people completed all 4 laps.

Called recovery for us to head back with 8 minutes. Stoped by the shed to do peoples chair shoulder press and jabs then alternated 5 squats and 5 dry docks at the lights back to COT.

We had 2 FNG’s today that Gerber and Jitterbug brought out. They got named Madoff because his company manages $70 trillion in supposed assets and Quiche because his favorite meal is breakfast. Welcome out fellas!
