Part 1) The entire HS student lot 3 perfect merkins at the end 1 burpee in the middle each time. We then backed it up reversed it the other way 3 get ups and 1 burpee.
Part 2) stadium loops, up a couple sections of the bleachers, on to the track for 10 BB, run around the backside for 5 pull ups for a total of 3 laps.
Part 3) home stretch, up the yellow brick road 10 squats and 10 lunges alternate light pools.
