What had happened was:
So I wanted to try something different.
A competition among ourselves. Not just to be competing. But so we could all get better. My brother’s college baseball team made it to the D2 World Series one year. He was asked by a media guy, what made his team so successful. He said, “we have figured out a way to maximize practice by creating a scenario of intense competition among ourselves. So when we get to the game, we are prepared. Because no game is ever more pressure packed and intense than our practices. It’s also fun, and time passes quick.”

He’s right, so I’ve experimented with that in F3. Yeah we should try to catch the guy in front of us. Out work people. All that. But I am gonna be honest here, running around in parking lots while doing pushups and sit ups gets old sometimes. So I wanted to mix it up.

Thanks to site Q’s Ricky Bobby – Andrew Cassano and Schneider/Tom Evans. They let me do my thing and didn’t panic when I arrived at 5:30. New rule, if your car is on property before 5:31. You’re on time.

Also, if you are planning to try something new and give explanation, it would be wise to arrive AT LEAST ONE MINUTE EARLY. Just fyi.

But it was good. We had competition. We ran fast. We kept heart rate up. We pushed the muscles. We had fun. Time passed quick.

So in conclusion, I have received my official feedback from the two veteran and wise site Q’s Ricky Bobby – Andrew Cassano and Schneider/Tom Evans. And that’s the only feedback that matters.
All in all, is was a good Q, not legendary, but not bad. If I had it to do over again. I’d have done the exact same thing. I will keep making tweaks.
