Grab a sand bag and head down to the field, stopping along the way for merkins and squats.
Once on the field, Lt. Dan (mode of transport) 10 yards and back (all the way to the 50 yard line), then “Tunnel of Love” for the remaining 50 yards.
PT Test, ruck around the perimeter, and then head back to CoT, stopping along the way for more merkins and squats.
Ended with some rucksack protocol on how to lay it out properly and quickly and then a nice long plank. :muscle:
