What had happened was: nice warm up followed by misery which a few modified to a walk… it’s the rock so some have tried to officially make it a zero run event… they tried but majority did not follow. So mosey around the parking lot then on to

Had to get some calf raises and incline merkins in there along with dips…
The Winkie ran out so back to COT to end with “you call it” to end the time.
