Warm up mosey around the block then over to Middle James where the port-a-jon was kicking with a very high amount of chemicals.
Split from there after a few minutes. Stopped by the parking lot by the women’s club. Elmer’s in case you were wondering no one was there. Partner 1 did hot lap, P2 did 10 merkins and hold plank. Each person did 5 laps.
Next up was the Taj Mahal park. Stopped along the way for 5 burpees to get everyone caught up.
4 laps of bear crawl and run followed by lunge walk and ran.
Finally we did 7’s on the main drag with 2 burpees in the middle every time. T-Merkins and Squats were the exercise of choice.
Forgot that we did a 2 part ab webb.
We ended with a partial merkin and shoulder tap webb.
Didn’t realize that most of this was in this week’s IPC until Zin pointed it out.
