WARMUP: Mosey around the School Circle up.
15 side straddle hope, 15 Hillbillies, 30 second plank, 10 Merkins calf stretch, runners pose upward dog.
THE THANG: cross the street safely and mosey through the cemetery. Pair up complete as a team 60 Merkins, 100, big boy set ups, and 100 hills to Heaven. One teammate exercise, while the other runs loop. Mosey too bad idea. Mosey down touch wall and head back to pickup the six. People chair and 25 Air Presses ( we bailed on the Punches due to Twinkle Toes scare if up some bugs). Long Mosey back to COT. Circled up for some more partner work. Plank Jacks and Dry Docks will partner ran to end of parking lot and back. 3 rounds. Mosey front of the school and continue partner work. 3 rounds Step ups and dips while partner ran half hot lap. Got cut short due to time.
