What had happened was: A rather basic boot camp this AM but the basics are what works. Your basics: warm up, abs, 4 corners, sprints, 11’s. Good to be with the boys this AM. Oct. 1 marks the 7 year anniversary of when the Q- Hatchet left a concert in Vegas 30 minutes before a gunman opened fire. We just reflected on various life issues and maximizing opportunities. Prayers for Western NC, Premature, Hatchet mission trip this week.
It was good to be with the boys this AM. May we never take it for granted. May we always be thankful for the life we get to live today.
