Mosey to go around church and pick up Mad Dog. Circle up in big parking lot for some stretching. Mosey to the start of Sunset Hill Road. 10 Squats at every light to stop sign. Back to entrance and 10 plank jacks at every light. Mosey up side street to check something. Never mind. Mosey back to church. Partner up and line up on curbs. P1 run to opposite curb as timer. P2 Mike Tysons, dry docks, jump squats. Recover. Line up single file. Indian Run snaking through the parking lot. Getting close to time so mosey to concrete walkway by COT for some AB-O-Rama. Time.

Praise for JWoww becoming a granddad again in a couple of weeks. He doesn’t smile alot except when he talks about his grandkids.
