Penalty Box gave an excellent disclaimer and then proceeded with a proper beatdown full of various exercises with many, many reps. He may be one of our older Pax (Respect, Respect, Respect!) but don’t let the age fool you. I witnessed plenty of modifying this morning… including myself!
