watchtower has always been one of my favorite AOs but I seem to only make it out there when I Q, so today was much needed.
Quick mosey around the front of the school and a very short warmup session focused on calf stretching started the complaining right out of the gate due to the brevity, but we had stuff to do.
1. Mosey to parking lot
1. 5 burpees at every line (9 total lines)
2. bear crawl in between
1. Mosey to track
1. Partners run in opposite directions
2. 10 merkins at every corner
3. 5 hand slap merkins when partners meet
4. 3 total meet ups
1. Round 2 on track
1. OYO – 2 laps with 10 squats at every corner
1. Mosey to front of school drive
1. Paula Abdul
2. Progressive squats at forward light (5,10,15,….30)
3. No exercise on back light
It was humid and nasty, but everyone worked hard. Faster guys circled for the 6 (most of the time). Everyone seemed to love hitting the worst exercise 1st and could not stop complimenting YHC on both the exercise itself and the fact it was 1st in the rotation.
