When I got up this morning and was unable to look through the windows outside, you could tell it was going to be another swamp-ass-a-thon. Just another balmy morning for a workout, but 11 pax made it out to take in the non-stop moisture.
Quick disclosure, then off to Brookmeade neighborhood. The goal for today was non-stop movement so atleast there was self-created breeze.
We hit the first intersection and first two culde- sacs with some extremely slow merkins, wide-arm and then diamond.
Next we hit the Abbeywood with stops for Mike Tysons, then back around the loop with plank jacks.
Next we came back down Brookmeade alternating Mountain Climbers and Squats.
Back to the front of the school with speed skaters at each light. Then finished with 4 corners doing Dry Docks and Merkins strolling safely into COT on time.
Everyone pushed through the misery. Huge shout out to U-Haul on his second time out. Great job with about every pax in the group circling/swimming back for the Six. Huge amounts of encouragement flowing just showing what F3 is all about.
For enduring, Iced Towels were provided at COT.
