Warm Up:
– 20 x SSH
– 15 x Moroccan Night Club
– Jimmy Dugans: CLR
– Calf Stretch
– Downward Dog
– Upward Dog
Mosey to the corner sidewalk by the buses. We would run the triangular loop stoping at the three corners for 5 x Master Shredders (HR release merkin + shoulder tap). 2 laps. Circle back all the way for the 6.
Mosey to the stairs. 3 x rounds: 5 x calf “bouncers” at each stair, 10 x Mike Tyson’s at the top and head down the circle for 10 x Big Boys.
Called it and it was time for DW to take over as we moseyed to the front of the middle school aka gear filled hell!
If you want to know what he did for his Q you will have to go read his stupid Titan BB from a few weeks ago He basically rinsed and repeated. Snooze. #shotsfired but with a little more flair because he added Rifle Carry and a partnered sandbag carry?
It was a great beatdown, I just hated it because it hurts. But I’ve never been more motivated than when someone says “carry this until you can’t anymore and then you have to run”. I will try to hold it forever…

A good bunch of none Saturday guys posted this morning and the usual contingent from the Titan was in attendance. It felt like nearly zero of the Commitment contingent was there. Hence the BB title but maybe they have a Family Photo swimming in Nesbit?
I loved seeing Rudy roll up this morning to defend his crown. And by that I mean he shockingly wasn’t crowning aka didn’t take a dump during the workout. Maybe no red wine last night? #doubtit
During the laps my guy Rocketman was just on my heels the whole time. Love seeing guys just push through what F3 provides and choosing to take the tougher path. Major gains on his abilities and it’s awesome!
When we had to rifle carry this morning we had 35-45-50+ plates and KBs scatter all over the place. That absurd Catfish was just carrying 2 x 45lbs plates like freaking He-Man. Smithers and I felt so emasculated as our only goal was to not put our weights down before he did. We barely succeeded…
Lastly, I gotta give a shout out to my dude Bottlecap. Round 2 at the steps he called out the depth of my calf raises by mentioning the lack of the Form Police working weekends. I hadn’t realized the depth of my calf raises wasn’t up to par so I adjusted. I didn’t cry, I didn’t keep doing the same thing and simply corrected. I did give him a death stare from the top of the steps as the monologue went into its 2nd Act….either way, he’s a funny dude and I appreciate the banter/call out.
PS – has anyone picked up the 35lb plates yet?
