What had happened was: the Q was definitely on time and could’ve slept for roughly 25 more seconds. But, we did circuit work. Partner did a rep on the blocks while the other partner ran a lap. Then we switched to the same thing, but with sprints instead of laps. Then we finished with sprints and sprinkled some abs in throughout.

Some stories were shared by the Q this morning. But not all of them, great group of guys there, but some unfamiliar faces for the Q. The Q stated he could not unload all stories until he was comfortable with and warmed up with everyone. It’s not just a story, it’s an experience, and one you have to ease into.
