What had happened was: recently turning 55, 5 sets of 11s with 55 built-in reps for each exercise seemed like a good idea. what i failed to appreciate is that the parking lot is a lot longer than it looks, especially when kicking things off with bear crawls, and sets of 11 take longer to get through than i thought. to sum it up, justifiably there were widedpread modifications and audibles called throughout, including cutting the 11s short to move on to different sets.

the lesson is that there is no substitute for experience and the best teacher is making mistakes, which requires experience. we had a great turnout for both f1, including many i’ve never met before and f3 (helping to set up chairs at five stones). thanks for coming out! happy birthday xerox!
