Warm-up went smoothly (SSH, MNCs, Dugan’s, Mericans, Plank Jacks), but once bear crawls and crab walks were on deck, morale quietly exited.
Round 1 sparked the unrest. Round 2 fueled it. As several PAX exercised the option to modify as needed – YHC kept trucking.
Despite no running, we still managed to traverse about a mile using only the most painful modes of transportation available.
Oh we also lifted heavy things and eventually put them down – as one commonly dies at Five Stones. Somewhere between 20 and 200 reps happened. History is unclear.
