6 stations and roll for 32 minutes. You can only count the station if you competed it when the timer went off.
Station 1 – run ( about .20 of a mile )
Station 2- 20 bench step ups and 20 dips
Station 3 – 20 KB squat thrusters
Station 4 – 20 KB swings and 20 merkins
Station 5- 2 coupon or 2 35lbs/40lbs farmer carries to come and back ( about 75 yards)
Station 6- 5 pull ups and (2) 30 second hangs
Results were as follows
Premature – 17 ( 2 full rounds plus 5 addition stations- great job brother
Bottlecap – 29- ( 4 full rounds plus 5 additional stations ) beast mode
Chicken little -23 ( 3 full stations and 5 additional stations)
Schneider -20 ( 3 full stations and 2 additional ) outstanding considering he slept 3 hours or less – rock star life
Gasililla -28 ( 4 full rounds plus additional 4 stations ) beast mode
Chainsaw -18 ( 3 full stations ) crushing it
Elmers – 21 ( 3 full stations plus 3 additional rounds ) Elmer’s was on fire
Zinfandel – 22 ( 3 full stations plus 4 additional rounds ) proper form and counting achieved and even told me to STFU twice in two days- angry fellow but crushing the workout.
Mashers where caught laughing at a workout and was scolded properly. No laughing at a F3 workout!! Geez U-Haul ChatterBox and Wilbur
