AO: The Combine
Q: Chastain , Gasparilla
PAX: McGruff, Avis, Gasparilla, Deadwood, sump pump, Damascus, Premature, Falcon, Middleman, Catfish, Chainsaw, Meltdown, Mad Dog, Chastain, Standard
FNGs: None
COUNT: 15
What had happened was:
A few weeks ago I told Gasparilla about a terrible idea I had involving dragging multiple sandbags with a rope. He was keen for stupid so here we are.

Part 1:
My turn – run to the field. Do a little warmup. Try not to let Damascus embarrass the region since U0BV9M9SJBT was visiting from Huntsville and he brought an FNG. No such luck.

Mosey to the end zone where the 100# tombstone awaited with a 20 yard rope attached as well as two 60# sandbags linked together for maximum pain.

For the 100# option you stand in place and pull the rope arm over arm until the bag arrives then travel another 20 yards to straighten the rope for the next pax. For the 120# pair you bear crawl and drag any way you can for 20 yards before leaving it for the next pax.

Everyone else does 11s across the full 100 yard field with merkins on one end and burpees on the other. All pax cycle through pulling the sandbags.

Part 2:
Gasparilla’s turn – grab your bell and line up in the end zone. Cycle through a series of exercises broken up by a 10 yard run and a 10 yard reverse back to your bell. 10 reps per exercise, making sure to do 10 per arm

Next, we took turns carrying the 60# sand bags to the 50 yard line and back while the pax took turn coming up with the exercise.

Last round we did more of the same but took the bags the full 100 yards and back

Back at COT we got awesome news from Catfish ! Then we named our FNG Meltdown because he’s smart or something and worked at a nuclear facility
