We mosey’d and emphasized on upper body strength training with dumbbells. Entire workout based on partner run + exercise while the other did dumbbell lifts. Switched on/off at 3 sets for about 5 times.
Dumbbell Curl and press, Upright rows, bentover rows, Cleans, etc… for about 15 total sets mixed in with abs and lots of merkins and tysons.
