Warm up: jogged around Brooklyn Pizza, side straddle hop, and some stretching
Phase 1: did 10 kattlebell squat arm curls, then added squats, then front lats, then over head. Between each set we ran in the parking lot.
Phase 2: started with a circle to pass around kettlebells for side and, then we did alligator pushups then bear crawl from one side of the parking lot to the other. Finished up with a jog around Brooklyn Pizza
Phase 3: LBCs and Grasshoppers
Final Phase: finished up with Kettlebell swing
