WARMUP: Mosey and circle up for exercises.
THE THANG: Various exercises around the school with a break for 5 burpees then on to more exercises. Merkins, squats, ab work, laps around the track, jabs, dips.
Finish with 3 burpees to hit the 5-3 for the day.
MOLESKINE: Great to see some less frequent faces in the gloom and we hope those New Year’s resolutions stick and they keep coming out. Big Tuna rushed out hot this week… to be in a work meeting early.
