– Run down and back 2x
– Round 3:
– 15 squat thrusters
– 15 bicep curls
– 15 goblet squats
– Run down and back 3x
Etc.
Adding on the following for rounds 4, 5, and 6:
– 15 bench/chest presses
– 15 plank pull throughs (2 is 1)
– 15 kettlebell swings
Ended with a shoulder burner and 1 minute elbow plank.
