What had happened was:

Opening mosey around PetSmart to Hickory Tavern. Partner runs to stop sign at Brooklyn pizza and back while dips, StepUps and hand release merkins are done.

Mosey to COT for cowbells and starfish.

6 stations for the starfish. Start at 5 rep count and return to middle for 1 burpee after each station.

After completing round do a lap around the lot.

On return increase rep count at stations by 5 and burpees by 1.

Most pax were able to complete 4 rounds.

Closed out at COT with some abs.

Great push by everyone.
