What had happened was: DICS was given at start. Circle up at COT for warm up.
Warm up was SSH, Imperial Walkers, low- slow-squats, potato pickers, Jimmy Dugan left and right, walk it out to a plank, Calf Stretch.
The THANG – Stations with a timer. Stations consisted of:
Merkins, Flutters, triceps curls, overhead press, kettlebell swings, chest press, lawn mower pulls, American hammers, fly’s, goblet squats, big boys, curls, big tire with sledge hammer, and a timer that could rifle carry coupon or two blocks around the island and back.
We returned to the COT with just under 5 minutes to go for MARY. Pax-choice ab exercises till time expired.
Xerox took us out and included a prayer for Mallory Maher who was hit by a car and is only 19 years old! Prayed for Roomba’s Mother-In-Law, among others.
