It was a beautiful morning to get our pain on. Disclaimer given (since there were actually FNGs present and not just grizzled veterans saying falsely and robotically “you can’t sue me” to each other).

Warm up
We warmed-up to get the blood flowing.

The road to suffering
We took the low road, the high road, the backwards road, and the skippy road. Low road = bear crawl in cadence with interspersed merkins, high road = high knees, backward road needs no explanation, and skippy road was NOT supposed to include holding hands, but the temptation was too strong for some. Sigh.

Ab-o-rama
Following a short mosey, we did some a work and then partnered up for some leg throw downs. There was complaining but I really don’t know why.

Jump your friends
Everyone (mostly) planked up in a row, and everyone (mostley) did broad jumps over their friends, landing and launching in the gaps. As the first guy finished, the next began.

Benches make you happy
We did some real dips, and some one-legged squats.
Then we sprinted around the circle, met our partners for 5 merkins, and back for more abs of steel work.

Pinball
We pinballed to Transporter’s shed, with the front pax sprinting back for the 6. Easy Button seemed surprised that I circled back for the 6, but I think he was projecting.

The angle of pain
I humbly suggested that the pax do chairs against the wall at 90 degrees. Almost no one did it and i could tell if they were just bad at math or recalcitrant. So I kept asking them to go 4 degrees lower then they were and i eventually realized they were both.

Wheelbarrows and the road to suffering
We took the road to suffering home, but substituted wheelbarrows. Everyone liked that more.

Endo
We ended with more ab-o-rama. Everyone demanded crunchy frogs, so I complied, and threw in some flutters, and other assortments.

Moleskin
Great day and great effort from everyone except Damascus.

There was a shocking lack of mumblechatter today, especially with bat flippers like Easy Button, Gerber, Hollywood, and Rain Man in attendance.

Welcome to Zorro who put it all out there, and to @Blade, who will soon be at the front of the pax and said he can do more more pull-ups than anyone in Shriver perked up when he said that, and did Inspector Gadget. Deadwood was having and “easy day” so he didn’t hear it, and Bottlecap was at his Pilates class.

T-claps to all the men who crushed this weekend’s Christ Closet giveaway led by Falcon, including Monkey D, Black Hat, and Inspector Gadget (loading) and Transporter, ChatterBox, Shop Dawg, The Apprentice, Bratwurst, Endo, and the men of off_the_chain. Many needy people received what they need, with love from Jesus.

T-claps also to Operation Lunch Lady and leadership by Recalc to keep our kids fed this summer. They exceeded their goal so no more $ needed, but consider contributing on your own as the summer continues.

Convergence Friday at Cuthbertson and Q school Monday.
