Everyone worked really really hard and should be proud of their Monday effort following the end of 75Hard for a handful.
The Thang: Head over to the track, minor stretching in front. Then a Half Murph with a 400 lap between each of the 10 sets. (5 pull ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats)
Off to the bleachers with Tunes still blasting. Snake through the bleachers (for some) 10 Incline Merkins at the top and 10 dips at the bottom.
Time to head back with a few stops for some group Merkins, group Big Bois and group Side Straddle Hop.
Back to COT.
Every single individual pushed themselves. I am still amazed sometimes that these specific PAX that showed today always push without a day off. Guys are absolute machines.
