We ran and did stuff
– run through retirement community across street and knock out some burpees – bomb jacks and hand slaps
– Head back to Cutty parking lot for sole sprint, mosey, burpee, Bonnie Blair’s, dry docks and bomb Jacks
– Head to high school entrance for more bonnie Blair’s and dry docks
– Head to COT
Knocked out 5.3 miles ald put on some work. Nice work boys
