Started off with warm up run and some exercises.
Kettlebells were up first with a suicide down the main drag. Swings, upright row, curls, single arm squat thruster, bent over rows.
Bottlecap had the great idea of bringing a few sleds just in case. With no snow on the ground but we had ice. Let’s grabs the sleds and head to the turf.
When we hit the turf it was like a beautiful smooth ice rink. Broke up into two teams for sled push. Started with 50 yards for round one. 100 yard was round two. Then laddered the last round.
We all won. Sometimes a grown men we need to let go and be a kid again. Those are the times we will remember and talk about for weeks. Not to mention it was pretty gassing.
