What had happened was:
After being bumped from my last Q at Cowbell, I had to wait 30+ days to get on the schedule. Provided a lot of time to prep and put together a well designed Q……Which I did none of. So instead the only direction provided was, – You are going to bring the music right? Which of course the answer was emphatic yes! So with that the weinke consisted of 4 stations with 4 exercises for each station. Pax would do 3 rounds of each and then jog for 2:00 mins before rotating to next station.

Stations 1:
Jump Rope – included a regular size jump rope and one for our vertically challenged pax (cough cough Mad Dog)
KB Swings – Speed trap was open and on this one and Deadwood handing out citations to Damascus from down yander
Sand Bag OH Throws
KB Flutters

Station 2:
Pinch Plate (45s) walk around island
KB Rows
Side Lunges w/ KB
Simbas

Station 3:
Sandbag carry (out in front)
Plate raises/halos/steering wheels
Thrusters
1/2 Kneel KB Windmill (not a fan favorite). Believe might have seen Rainman snap like twig when trying to show flexibility on this one

Group 4
KB Hand Slap Plank Jacks
Gorilla Pulls
Goblet Squats
American Hammer

Overall low mileage bunch of work put in and kept much of chatter to smaller groups.

Moleskine:
– Music appeared to be a welcomed change from Hooch – Bret Turner – Yanni play list that pax had to listen to via smallest speaker
– Posse continues to be the Farmer Almanac of F3 Waxhaw and promote the CSAUP of regions far far away….If interested in a competing in a CSAUP with more complex rules then Magic The Gathering see Posse, Inspector Gadget or Black Hat all of whom have signed up already (Ice9, yes I had to use AI to come up with a good comparison for this)
– Rainman – great hype man and Site leader, as even slid into my DMs after leading with some love!
– Blue Screen – still looking for help building some d*cks or decks, never got clarification on if yesterday message was “Fused It” or Autocorrect issue or if truly looking to enlarge his deck.
– Mad Dog continuing to support Veterans and seeking help with 3-2-1 campaign. He has provided 2 opportunities associated with Veteran Coffee group
