Back to the main lot for the show down. 6 rounds of exercise, run, and merkins.
Now that the warm up is done, 100 reps of each exercise with 2 runs to the end of lot before moving to next exercise. We did swings, Simbas, chest press, shoulder press, and squats. Pretty sure most people made it to the squats.
